Already a culinary legend, Rioja helped put Denver’s fine dining scene on the map by bringing together local and Mediterranean ingredients into a singular sophisticated menu.  Executive chef Jennifer Jasinski (winner 2004 Colorado Chef of the Year award) and owner/GM Beth Gruitch have created an elegant and welcoming dining experience hailed by the local and national press alike.  Rioja offers a seasonally changing dinner menu seven nights a week, lunch Wednesday through Friday, and a one-of-a-kind brunch served on Saturdays and Sundays.
