Russell’s Smokehouse

Russells’s Smokehouse is the newest addition to the Bonanno Concept family. The Smokehouse provides an upscale, yet casual setting perfect for any occasion. The menu features house smoked meats, fish and lots of favorite traditional (and not so traditional), sides. The Smokehouse is a nod to an earlier time, to the spirit of the West and the cowboy tradition of cooking over a slow, low flame. Their specialty is not in the sauce (which is why we don’t call it barbeque), but n the rich smoke and method of cooking proteins.
