TAG Raw Bar

Located in Larimer Square’s newly announced “Walkway”, the restaurant, designed by Sullivan-Guard, will be a sleek and intimate 20 to 30 seat space featuring Chef Guard’s style of clean, simple, yet sophisticated food. Featuring a full bar and a boutique wine list, the proximity of the two restaurants will allow for collaboration and a sharing of the TAG family’s talent, but Guard explains that the cuisine at RAW BAR will remain autonomous from its parent restaurant. Dinner will feature fresh seafood such as oysters and sashimi while lunch will specialize in “Grab-n-Go” options such as sushi, edamame and fresh salads.
