With renowned chef Troy Guard at the helm, TAG: Contintental Social Food is one of Denver’s most innovative restaurants. Guard, who was raised in Hawaii and San Diego, is considered a “stove-poet” by many for his mixture of bold and piquant flavors and willingness to marry sumptuous fresh ingredients with his own unique vision (Kona Kampachi with Pop-Rocks).
